Who you are
- The ideal candidate is dedicated to partner success, passionate about scaling growth, and excels at executing cross-functional programs requiring coordination within marketing, across Tipalti and with our top partners
- 3+ years minimum experience in a Partner Marketing role in a B2B SaaS business with 5+ years overall marketing experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a marketing budget preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Executor mindset, comfortable building new scalable programs, and relentlessly assessing effectiveness while driving execution
- Superb organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Vendor and partner management experience
- A track record of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and demonstrate Tipalti's products
- Strong collaboration skills, build relationships across marketing, sales teams, executives, and partners
- Fintech or financial sector domain experience a plus
- Willingness to travel (no more than 25% of the time)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to hear, understand and distinguish
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced Partner Marketing professional to contribute to the growth of our Partnerships & Alliances organization
- The candidate will be responsible for designing, driving, and measuring successful integrated partner marketing programs for top Tipalti channel partners (e.g., consulting organizations, VARs, ERPs) that combine digital, content, press, social, and event elements to drive business outcomes
- This role reports to the Director of Partner & Industry Marketing, and it requires a professional with a knack for content creation, project management, and relationship building
- Design and execute integrated partner marketing programs to support the business objectives of the Tipalti Alliance Partnerships team and our partners
- Build a scaleable, repeatable, tiered partner marketing strategy and execution template for all levels of Tipalti partners - from self-service to full dedicated campaigns
- Oversee budget for events, campaigns, etc. in conjunction with the Director of Partner Marketing
- Identify and propose strategies for events, opportunities, and associations to expand our reach
- Create a repository of assets to be used on-demand by our Alliances team when interacting with their partners
- Source and produce partner case studies and win wires
- Support Partner Marketing Events Manager with solution-led, thought leadership, and hospitality events
- Own Partner Newsletter to keep our community informed about our Alliance programs and success
- Normal workweek business hours within geographic location and time zone
- May require flexibility to coordinate schedules across time zones with internal teams and external customers and contacts
- Position is located onsite/in-office three days per week
