Role
Who you are
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on SaaS renewals or subscription-based business models
- Proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance and driving operational excellence in renewals management
- Some experience with Sales/Planning systems, such as Dynamics, Varicent and Anaplan
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle management, and renewal best practices
What the job involves
- We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Finance Analyst to support ServiceNow’s Customer Excellence Group
- This role will be crucial in driving financial performance, optimizing renewal processes, and supporting our customer retention efforts. Join our team and play a crucial role in driving financial performance and customer retention in the dynamic world of Enterprise SaaS
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Renewals objectives, focusing on customer retention and NNACV development
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the Renewals organization, providing accurate renewal forecasts (incl. key metrics such as RACV and GRR) for AOP and LRP
- Analyze key performance indicators and financial metrics to provide actionable insights for improving customer retention and scale
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, StratOps and cross-functional teams to identify at-risk customers and develop targeted churn mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present financial reports, including budget vs. actual variance analysis and renewal forecasts, to senior management
- Drive process improvements and scaling projects to enhance renewal predictability and operational efficiency

The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
