- User Empathy: You build with a deep understanding of creator and customer needs

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge on CrowdRiff’s fastest-growing product: the Creator Marketplace
- Unlike traditional platforms, we’ve taken a uniquely hands-on, Uber-like approach—brands simply tell us what they need, and we deliver creator-shot content with fixed pricing, scoped briefs, and high-quality results
- It’s a bold, operationally intensive model that eliminates friction for brands and empowers micro-creators to thrive
- This role is for someone who thrives end-to-end—from defining big-picture strategy to shipping pixel-perfect experiences
- You’ll wrestle with complex challenges like translating vague campaign visions into beautifully executed shoots, solving day-of logistics with smart workflows, and using AI and deep customer insight to scale both sides of the marketplace

- Drive Product Strategy: Define a bold vision grounded in customer needs, market trends, and business goals
- Build Products People Love: Prioritize delightful, high-quality user experiences; simplify to core features in early versions
- Solve Complex Problems: Get to the root of issues using structured and creative thinking; cover edge cases deeply
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Design, Engineering, GTM, and CS to ship impactful products quickly
- Stay Close to Customers: Gather raw insights directly from creators and users to guide decisions and unlock opportunities
- Relentlessly Execute: Write specs, run rituals, test builds, and measure results. You drive every stage of the product lifecycle
- Own Product Performance: Monitor metrics, balance ROI, and make smart investment calls to fuel growth and profitability
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Track creator economy, video, and marketplace shifts to build what’s next
Our take
CrowdRiff was established after the founders saw the explosion in visual content being shared at a scale like never before, and the power of these visuals to influence consumer decisions. As a result, they set out to help the travel and tourist community make the most of this shift in the market.
CrowdRiff's platform makes it easier for marketers to showcase their destinations visually, which drives engagement and tourism revenue. Its solutions are now used by over 800 tourist brands, including Marketing Greece and Tourism Australia. This is a testament to the value of its marketing products.
CrowdRiff is now the leading visual and social marketing provider for the travel and tourism industry. This is largely down to the company's ability to remain agile and to offer destinations a wide variety of individual products, tools and projects. It will need to maintain this level of innovation if it's to draw even more clients to its books.
