Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Strategy or related field
- An MBA from a top program is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following functions: Consulting, Strategy, Finance, GTM, Investor Relations, Banking, or related roles
- Experience in market scanning and market sizing analysis
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Expertise in analyzing data in Excel across multiple data sets and creating reusable workbooks for senior audiences
- Experience with Google Sheets, Slides, Power BI/Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication (with emphasis on effective presentations)
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a highly matrixed organization through collaboration and innovation
- Highly independent; ability to work rapidly and productively with general direction
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong candidates will possess a robust sense of general business intuition, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to think big and start small

What the job involves
- UVeye is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our Office of the CEO, based full-time in our Teaneck, NJ headquarters
- Reporting to the Strategic Chief of Staff, you’ll help drive key initiatives in business intelligence, corporate planning, and strategic execution that shape the company’s growth and direction
- This role is highly analytical and impact-driven, offering broad exposure to UVeye’s executive leadership and technology-focused projects
- You’ll work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leaders to support decision-making and delivery of high-priority company initiatives
- Participate in and manage key decision-making forums that shape the company’s direction
- Partner with executives to drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring consistent communication and execution across teams
- Leverage business intelligence and data analysis to guide high-impact strategic decisions
- Conduct competitive scanning, benchmarking, and market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) to identify new opportunities and assess industry positioning
- Translate market and customer insights into actionable corporate strategies and long-range planning
- Support Business Unit Leaders with OKR tracking, performance reporting, and strategic planning
- Facilitate and manage executive meetings, off-sites, and planning sessions, maintaining the company’s operating cadence (weekly exec meetings, quarterly reviews, OKRs)
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to develop materials for Board and Investor Relations activities
- Lead or contribute to special projects spanning government affairs, strategic growth data strategy, and new business incubation
- Handle confidential CEO initiatives that require discretion, speed, and strategic insight
- Represent UVeye at industry events, conferences, and executive off-sites as needed (some travel required)
Our take
UVeye has developed contact-free vehicle inspection systems that leverage AI, ML, and computer vision to swiftly detect faults and abnormalities in vehicles. It’s a broadening out of UVeye’s original remit, which was inspection devices for military and police organizations - although sensitive security facilities like embassies and power plants still make up a critical part of UVeye’s business.
This pivot provided a real shot in the arm for UVeye, especially for its US expansion where it struck gold in the automotive sector. Healthy funding has now come from major players like Toyota Tsusho, Hyundai Motors and Volvo, and the latter has committed to a long-term contract to install the tech in all its North American dealerships.
UVeye is astutely doubling down on its penetration into the $100B+ US automotive industry through flirting with expansions into the insurance sector - it’s partnered, for example, with W.R. Berkley. Insurance tech in this region is throwing itself into data-led digital transformation, and a system that allows UVeye to explore this kind of partnership alongside lucrative manufacturing and defense contracts makes for a very promising position indeed.
