Implementation Engineer, Securly

• Working remotely as an Implementation Engineer and reporting to the Manager of Implementation and Training Services at Securly, you'll combine your technical knowledge, project management skills, and communication abilities to deploy and integrate our EdTech solutions in K-12 schools primarily during the 8-5 pm PST business hours
• Your work ensures that our products seamlessly fit into school systems, creating safer and more effective learning environments
• Lead Technical Implementation: Set up and integrate Securly’s products, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each school and making a direct impact on student safety
• Collaborate with School IT Teams: Work with school IT departments to gather requirements, design plans, and execute deployments that align with their educational goals
• Technical Support: Assist sales teams with technical expertise during customer meetings, webinars, and product demos
• Implementation Assistance: Assist in developing software network architecture for new installations and upgrades
• Provide Ongoing Support: Offer technical support during and after implementation to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Conduct Training Sessions: Train educators and IT staff on how to effectively use Securly’s products
• Documentation: Create and manage up-to-date internal and external product and training documentation
• Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to internal teams to help improve our products and services
