Role
Who you are
- Enterprise Customer Management: Strong background in managing and expanding enterprise customer relationships, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term customer success strategies that drive both business impact and sustainability outcomes
- Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable interpreting and presenting complex datasets to enterprise customers
- Communication & Influence: Excellent ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, lead executive-level discussions, and foster long-term partnerships
- Growth & Retention Focus: Experience in identifying expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
Desirable
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in sustainability, supply chains, carbon markets, forestry, or environmental data analytics
- Degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or sustainability is desirable
What the job involves
- Develop and execute strategic customer success plans tailored to enterprise clients in sustainability, carbon markets, and supply chains
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on best practices and helping them achieve their sustainability and operational goals using Treefera’s platform
- Lead high-touch onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement for enterprise clients
- Act as the primary escalation point for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate with CSM and Product teams to relay customer feedback, influence roadmap development, and enhance Treefera’s offerings
- Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling, working closely with the sales team to drive additional value for customers
- Implement key metrics and success criteria to measure customer health and engagement, proactively addressing risks before they impact retention
