Global Workplace Experience & Operations Manager, Postman

• 10+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or workplace experience leadership in a global hybrid work environment
• Proven success leading and scaling global teams and managing large-scale office operations across multiple regions
• Strong expertise in workplace strategy, space planning, and operational efficiency
• Experience in a high-growth tech environment, ideally in a SaaS or developer tools company
• Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing large budgets and driving cost efficiencies
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Passionate about creating a world-class workplace experience that aligns with Postman’s mission and values

• Define and implement a global workplace strategy that aligns with Postman’s growth, enhances employee engagement, and optimizes space utilization across our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Boston, and Bangalore
• Lead and develop a global team of workplace operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence
• Oversee global office operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all locations while adapting to regional needs
• Manage space planning and utilization efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to ensure efficient use of office space and future growth planning
• Drive workplace innovation by piloting new tools, strategies, and processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance employee experiences
• Develop and manage the global workplace budget, ensuring financial transparency and cost-effective solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Security, and Facilities) to ensure seamless workplace operations that support employee needs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all global office locations
• Lead sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental impact across Postman’s offices
