Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, partnerships, alliances, account management, or business development
- Proven experience managing a defined book of business with revenue accountability
- Demonstrated ability to drive indirect revenue through agency or channel partnerships
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience leading QBRs and building structured growth plans
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and track performance metrics
- Deep understanding of the eCommerce and agency ecosystem

What the job involves
- As a Senior Partner Manager at Yotpo, you will own and grow a defined book of named agency partners
- This role is focused on strategic relationship ownership, revenue expansion, and tier progression
- You will act as the primary point of contact (POC) for your partners, developing joint business plans, driving partner-sourced revenue, and ensuring long-term engagement and retention
- The Senior Partner Manager is accountable for measurable ecosystem impact and serves as a strategic extension of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- This is a revenue-responsible, relationship-first role requiring strong commercial acumen and executive-level partner engagement
- Strategic Partner Ownership:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of named agency partners
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across partner leadership, sales, and delivery teams
- Develop and execute joint business plans to support shared clients and new opportunities to support the partner program
- Drive accountability around referral targets, product adoption, and partner engagement metrics
- Partner Enablement:
- Create and promote community-wide enablement/marketing initiatives to further educate partners on the value creation that comes from Yotpo and further expose the great innovation coming from our product
- Create and promote community-wide enablement and marketing initiatives to educate partners on the value of Yotpo and showcase innovative product offerings
- Ecosystem & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the voice of your partners internally, sharing feedback and garnering support cross-functionally from Ops, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams
- Represent Yotpo at strategic partner meetings and select industry events
Our take
The retail sector is continuing its decisive pivot towards eCommerce, creating a vast and growing market for innovative eCommerce tools and software. Yotpo is a SaaS-based eCommerce marketing startup offering integrated data-driven loyalty, SMS marketing, and review solutions, amongst others, on a single platform.
The company has already secured strategic partnerships with major eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Salesforce, and Adobe. In a sector where the breadth of reach is key, it is wise to deepen existing partnerships and continue with new acquisitions - both of which appear to have remained a priority for Yotpo alongside the launch of its eCommerce Retention Marketing Platform in 2023.
Its focus on a single platform and integrated experience is likely to be a success, as the spate of new eCommerce tools is creating a real need for streamlined and optimised management as the sector develops. If Yotpo can become the one-stop shop of choice for vendors of all sizes, it stands to capitalise well on the growing eCommerce sector.
