Role
Who you are
- You bring over 10 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with at least 5 years of hands-on management of paid search, social media, or affiliate channels
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a STEM field
- Your experience in scaling B2B SaaS businesses is critical
- You excel in developing marketing attribution models and managing marketing automation and lead generation in Salesforce and Hubspot, optimizing them for accuracy and impact
- You have a proven track record of running A/B tests that drive meaningful optimizations
- You possess strong analytical skills and have a talent for turning data into compelling stories
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a mindset geared towards ownership and excellence
What the job involves
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with our executive team and a rockstar demand gen marketer in the U.S. to accelerate our growth trajectory
- Take our current marketing channels (social, search, email) to the next level and spearhead new customer acquisition strategies in expansion markets, especially in Asia and Europe

- Lead the charge in launching new marketing channels from scratch, scale existing ones exponentially, and see the direct impact of your work every day
- Phase 1: In this initial hands-on phase, you’ll dive right in, focusing on optimizing our website conversion flows, refining lifecycle marketing strategies, and ensuring cost-efficiency across channels. Your contributions will have clear and immediate impact, with responsibilities like:
- Owning channel performance end-to-end—from strategy to execution, website optimization, SEO, analysis, and optimization
- Collaborating with operations to ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with our core metrics
- Monitoring and analyzing campaigns to spot trends, making swift, strategic adjustments as needed
- Testing new campaigns in international markets, including Korea, Singapore, and Europe
- Driving innovative experiments and using data-driven insights to continuously enhance performance and find high performance channels
- Allocating and managing budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Phase 2: After identifying successful strategies, the next phase will involve scaling those initiatives. This is where you’ll transition into a leadership role, focusing on:
- Crafting a full-funnel marketing roadmap that drives sustained exponential growth
- Leading the expansion into new channels with creativity, precision, and strategic thinking
- Building and mentoring a talented team of junior marketers to support our growth objectives

This support positions it to emerge as a key player in addressing the escalating urgency of the counterfeiting issue, establishing itself as a leader in the evolving landscape.
