Who you are
- 3+ years in community management or a similar role
- Experience in organizing impactful events, both online and in-person
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Authentic, empathetic, and curious about others’ perspectives

- Interested in financial wellbeing (you do not need to be an expert in related topics but a passion for the mission is critical)
What the job involves
- Oversee and grow the UK community through:
- Member relationships: Build deep connections with members and work with them to build a community that gives them value and that they want to be a part of. Connect with community members personally, understanding their motivations and goals. Engage regularly and deepen their involvement
- Community management: Manage the WhatsApp community by posting engaging content, answering questions, and moderating discussions. Be the main contact for all member interactions
- Community programming: Plan, promote, deliver and evaluate online and in-person events (meet-ups, networking events, panel discussions etc) and challenges (online time-bound experiences that equip members to tackle an area of their finances e.g. grocery savings challenge)
- Member communications: Collaborate with the Head of Content to create engaging newsletters, promotional communications, and general member engagement communications
- Partnerships: Identify and deliver opportunities with sympathetic partners (e.g. organisations, communities, influencers) to attract new members into the community
- Internal advocacy: Share insights and feedback from members internally to help shape our community offerings and products
- Encourage product use: Work with the UK and Global teams to ensure our products serve the community’s needs and we are maximising opportunities to increase product usage amongst our members
