What the job involves
- We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Manager, Channel Sales (Accounting Partnerships) with a builder mindset to help us expand our horizons and drive our growth to new heights.
- You will be pivotal in driving transformational change for our Accounting & Bookkeeping (AB) Channel Sales motion as we move upmarket with the size of partners we work with and help to build a strategic account-based (outbound) selling motion.
- In this role, you will also work to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth
- Lead, manage and coach a world-class team of Account Executives and Account Managers on our AB Channel Sales team
- Build and execute our strategic account-based selling (outbound) motion
- Identify opportunities in the business and execute projects to improve our sales process, strategy and playbooks
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, etc
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies
- Analyze data and feedback to refine and optimize approaches for maximum impact
