Who you are
- Proven experience in B2B product marketing (preferably SaaS, sustainability, or travel/logistics)
- A true creator mindset - you don’t just manage agencies, you create content yourself
- Strong communication and copywriting skills in English (German is not a must have, however a "plus")
- In depth experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and event marketing
- Energy, creativity, and the drive to make an impact

What the job involves
- We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer full of energy and creativity, who will take full ownership of making SQUAKE’s products known and used by corporates - and ultimately ensure they get adopted and sold
- You will be the driving force behind our storytelling, our communication channels, and our market visibility.This role is not about sitting on the sidelines; it’s about doing
- You will roll up your sleeves and create campaigns, content, and experiences that inspire decision-makers to act
- You will report directly to the founders and shape how SQUAKE changes the industry
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop and produce high-impact content across formats – from email campaigns, landing pages, and thought-leadership articles to product videos, podcasts, and panel discussions
- Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, newsletters, email marketing, events, etc.) that generate awareness and convert prospects into customers
- Event & Community Engagement: Drive SQUAKE’s participation in industry panels, podcasts, and external events - and organize our own events that position us as thought leaders in sustainable business travel and logistics
- Product Communication: Translate product features into compelling value propositions and narratives that resonate with corporate audiences
- Analytics & Optimization: Track performance, analyze results, and constantly refine strategies for maximum impact
Our take
With the travel industry under increasing pressure to reduce its carbon footprint, decision-makers across the sector are struggling to come to grips with the data and transparency needed to make the necessary changes. The travel industry is unique in its complexity of information layers and Squake is a start-up attempting to tackle this problem.
Squake offers a logistics and sustainability solution for travel companies via its Application Programming Interface (API) plugin. The API can integrate into existing travel logistics systems and calculate the carbon outputs for any given activity or task via analysis of national and international standards. It can then provide solutions to offset and reduce the carbon impact of the activity.
Embedded across a travel company’s booking flow, Squake’s product is customisable as per the needs of their customer. With clients including Lufthansa (from whose innovation hub it was developed), ATG Travel, and Reed & Mackay, it’s working across a range of travel-focused companies, keeping its net suitably wide. In 2023, Squake received significant VC funding and plans to use this for technology R&D, new hires, and growth in strategic markets.
