Design Manager, Weee!

• 8+ years design experience, with 3+ years in a design leadership role
• Proven track record managing merchandising and communication design teams within ecommerce businesses
• Expert proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Expert proficiency in presentations and narrating longer term visions of strategy and team workflow
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership and creative excellence
• Proficiency in designing for multilingual or multicultural markets is a plus. Experience creating design assets that resonate across different language and cultural contexts would be highly valued
• Exceptional communication and team development skills
• Understanding of brand and product design systems and their relationship with brand consistency
