What the job involves
- As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Windfall, you’ll be making things work from start to finish. When we say “full stack”, we really mean it.
- You’ll be connecting services, creating API’s, and building out UI’s across multiple products in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly-iterative environment. At our offices in San Francisco, you’ll be working in close proximity to senior leadership that can provide you with a wealth of technical, product, and business knowledge to help you grow your career
- As a member of our Platform Team, which historically has been all backend engineers, you’ll be bringing to life innovative and complex tooling for our internal teams including Customer Success, Business Development, and Engineering
- Improve, extend, and tie together existing backend services to support our internal facing applications
- Rapidly prototype new tools and features that will make an immediate impact on the business
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, feedback-driven, fast-paced engineering team
- Develop broad ownership over our internal applications including setting coding patterns, best practices, and guidelines
- Collaborate closely with our product team to plan and execute projects at rapid speed
- Backend: Java, Kotlin, Postgres
- Frontend: Javascript/Typescript, React
- GCP: BigQuery, PubSub

Having raised significant funding, Windfall has gone on to enjoy impressive year-on-year growth. With this success, it intends to double down by expanding its sales and marketing reach and further developing its product, including its application to give go-to-market teams direct access to its platform.
