What the job involves
- We’re seeking a talented and passionate Sr Manager to join our Email Marketing Team
- The Sr Manager will be the lead for email with Global Marketing for LATAM overseeing strategy, development, and execution of marketing campaigns within the region
- This individual will play a key role in integrated marketing planning, editorial & creative development, and high quality execution
- This role will report to our Email Marketing Director for NA, LATAM, & EEA and work closely with the Local Market Partners and other cross-functional teams
- Develop integrated marketing plans for key initiatives, programs, and campaigns - bringing those efforts to life in our channels
- Lead email within Global Marketing from strategy down through execution
- Be the global point of contact for local market partners in NORAM, supporting their initiatives, campaigns, and programs with integrated marketing efforts
- Execute campaigns with pace and quality. Be willing and able to be directly in the CRM tools at point of execution to ship the work
- Own editorial and story telling for your campaigns, ensuring our in-market efforts are clear and compelling
- Work closely with the team & brand design to continue to elevate the quality of creative
- Be a culture carrier for the team. Bringing a positive attitude with a collaborative spirit
