- The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record as a strong operational contributor, supporting the analysis, design and implementation of workflows and processes across a range of functions

- Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 1+ years experience program management

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Associate Program Manager, SMC Operations to join Snap Inc our Small and Medium customer sale channel
- This role will join a foundational team which will propel the SMC strategy and vision forward through operational excellence
- Through defining, implementing and managing the SMC operational structures and processes, this role will be pivotal in contributing to the scale and growth of the SMC business unit
- Support the expansion of the SMC sales channel operational engine
- Identifies and creates the processes necessary to get work done
- Partners with others to get work done, connecting tasks and projects to larger initiatives
- Builds relationships across a variety of functions and services in multiple locations
- Separates and combines activities into efficient workflow
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including SMC Revenue Program, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Data Operations, Partnerships, Measurement, and Data Science to achieve business goals
- Support the evolution of SMC business unit operational metrics to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiencies
- Partner with Sales Ops in defining operational solutions development, including areas such as tooling improvements for sales & marketing, trainings, QA, and sales communications
- Work with a team to execute complex and time-critical projects through a strategic and prioritized approach for resolution. Use data to influence decisions
