Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or machine learning
- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment
- Strong technical skills in AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Experience with but not only cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant technologies. Experience with on premise-solutions is also of value
- Ability to define and implement technical architecture for scalable and robust AI systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Passion for AI and its potential to shape the future
What the job involves
- We are looking to add new team members to help us take care of not only our products and services but also the development of all of our IC-level engineering teams
- You will help as add management capacity to the team and drive innovation and overall development of our core products
- Manage your team's career path, feedback, and development
- Be the tech lead in some instances where needed
- Be a Talent ambassador and Participate in recruitment and interviews
- Own a specific domain in engineering management
- Step in as an IC for at least 40% of the time especially in critical projects and proof of concepts
- Be a cultural ambassador and role model for the teams
