- We are very active in the DACH region and are expanding throughout Europe and North America. Therefore, being fluent in 🇩🇪 German and 🇬🇧 English is a must. Any additional languages are a big plus
- You have relevant experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales, consulting, or marketing
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy crafting product messaging and content

- Our software enables cloud-based collaboration among electronics designers, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in the trillion-dollar electronics industry. Rather than digitizing individual processes in isolation, we enable all stakeholders to collaborate seamlessly and in real time within the Luminovo platform

- Reporting To Mark Shif
- As our next Product Marketing Manager, you will take on different challenges which fall into the following areas:
- Go-to-Market Enablement
- Be in the driver’s seat of our product’s go-to-market strategy. Define and execute the strategy and make sure everyone from the revenue department is on board
- Create compelling sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, product briefs, and demo scripts that showcase our solutions
- Train sales teams on how to position and sell products effectively
- Product Positioning and Messaging
- Define and execute the positioning, messaging, and create narratives to make technical features attractive to our future customers
- Ensure that all product messaging is accurate and presented in a way that resonates with our customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits
- Product Launches
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with customers to co-market our products and drive awareness through joint campaigns, events, and customer success stories
- Product Strategy and Feedback

Processes for electronic manufacturing services and original equipment manufacturers have not yet caught up with the pace of technological innovation experienced in other technological fields. Luminovo believes that the speed of progress can be catalysed with its electronic operating system.
Luminovo products allow manufacturers to cut down the time and money required to take ideas through to business-ready electronic products. Among its services is LumiQuote, empowering electronic manufacturing services to gain fully transparent quotes.
Luminovo aims to continue its expansion by focusing on growing into a deep-tech company with strong roots throughout Europe. Having received funding in 2020 and 2021 and by preparing a public launch of its RfQ product, Luminovo is on the way to realising this mission.
