Senior Product Designer, Hostaway

• This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on the details of visual design and has a deep understanding of how UI design influences usability and overall product success
• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on UI for SaaS products
• Expertise in Figma, creating high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
• Advanced skills in visual design, typography, and color theory
• Proven experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Strong communication skills and C2/Native-level English proficiency

• Leverage user research, testing feedback, and analytics to refine designs
• Contribute to and standardize our design system, evolving our visual language
• Balance multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while meeting project goals
• Stay updated on UI design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas
• Apply advanced typography, color theory, and layout principles to create aesthetically pleasing, functional designs
