Who you are
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally across both tech and business roles within an international environment
- A track record of success in high-growth start-up / scale-up
- Experience in managing complex recruitment processes autonomously
- Fluent in French and English; Fluent in German would be a real plus
- Proficient in using recruitment tools (such as Linkedin Recruiter, TeamTailor…)
- Highly organized, data-oriented, and able to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, proactivity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
What the job involves
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with our tech and business hiring managers to hire top talents.
- You will be responsible for finding and attracting candidates with the right skills, passion, and cultural fit. You will own the entire hiring process from initial contact to final offer and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Drive recruitment for our Tech and Business teams across our 10 countries in Europe, ensuring hiring targets are met with top-tier talent
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a smooth and exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies
- Use data to inform decisions around hiring strategies, diversity & inclusion, and candidate experience
- Enhance our employer brand by leading key initiatives and collaborating with the communication team to authentically represent Electra’s culture and values
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies through AI-powered optimisations, ensuring Electra stays ahead in a competitive talent market

As more people make the change to electric vehicles, public charging stations are in high demand. Electra is revolutionising electric vehicle charging with its installation of fast charging stations across major and medium-sized urban areas across Europe. In addition to the obvious benefit of having access to a fast-charging station, the company’s mobile and web application makes finding a station as simple as possible with its unique features.
The company has received support and recognition from the French government, joining the French Tech Next40, a government support program dedicated to the most promising French scale-ups and future European heavyweights.
The company saw a substantial injection of funding in mid-2022 that has enabled it to accelerate its coverage of France and further expand across European markets in Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, and more. Planning to deploy 8,000 charging stations by 2030, the young company secured a $430 million green loan facility in 2025 to accelerate its progress.
