- Career heritage of analytical, quantitatively-oriented marketing and growth/revenue leadership roles with proven results

- Comfortable working with technical teams and translating complex concepts into compelling external narratives

What the job involves
- Prenuvo is looking for a VP, Growth Marketing. This is a senior executive role that will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, and manage a growing team and the vast majority of our allocated marketing budget, while also being supported by the larger “machines” in the rest of our marketing, design, and PR organizations, as well as working cross-functionally and closely with leadership across Sales, Business Development, Product, and Clinical to drive a unified growth strategy
- Design and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability through full funnel marketing, in digital and non-digital channels, from a deeply quantitative lens of performance and growth
- Constantly link to supply & capacity side of the business, and get ahead of seasonal cycles as well as clinics expansion in North America and Internationally
- Preserve and reinforce our proven track record of highly efficient blended CAC across our brand while meeting/exceeding our revenue targets
- Increase the depth and sophistication of our targeting, audiences, while increasing the overall awareness reach of our brand
- Continuously work with Design on a feedback loop to create creative asset “machines” that are data-informed and brand-aligned, and constantly differentiated in a space that is increasingly competitive and noisy
- Remain agile and adaptive to changing business priorities and general industry and economic factors
- Develop initiatives to attract new customers while enhancing retention and lifetime value
- Continue evolving email as a performance channel, in addition to ongoing engagement and delivery of value to our patients
- Work across various audiences from consumer, and increasingly healthcare providers, to enterprise audiences
- Develop and evolve a diversified portfolio of paid media channels with regular assessment of spend allocation and ROI
- Manage the media portfolio with a balanced eye toward increasing brand awareness while also meeting conversion and revenue targets
- Integrate emerging technologies and innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement and competitive advantage
- Leverage analytics, market research, and performance metrics to guide your strategies
- Evolve the sophistication of our conversion tracking, and campaign and channel attribution; test and leverage AI tools where most relevant
- Implement multi-modal attribution models where applicable
- Work with internal product and data teams on infrastructure evolution, reporting, and insights generation
- Deliver regular senior leadership reporting on acquisition and lifecycle KPIs and targets
Our take
The quantified self movement is gaining momentum, especially in the health and fitness sector. Wearable health monitors, sleep trackers, and genetic testing have all firmly entered the mainstream, and body MRI scanning service Prenuvo is taking this concept to the next level. Prenuvo’s whole body diagnostic imaging offers customers a comprehensive picture of their body, whilst screening for 500+ major conditions and cancers.
The medical benefits of approaching these diseases proactively, as opposed to reactively, are substantial. Customers will be able to catch warning signs early, meaning treatment is likely to be less invasive, with a higher success rate. Unfortunately North America, like many regions, has yet to make substantial investments in preventative healthcare. This just makes companies like Prenuvo, and the VCs who fund them, increasingly necessary.
This funding, however has been substantial, and having closed a Series A funding round in 2022 Prenuvo has moved swiftly to open new clinics across the United States. Its next step is to improve the accessibility of its service - currently scans cost about $1000, but improvements in the technology and working processes will cut the cost by two thirds or more and greatly expand Prenuvo's addressable market.
