Senior Litigation Paralegal, Kraken

• 6+ years of relevant experience managing expansive discovery in complex matters–whether in-house, in government, or at a top law firm
• A deep understanding of regulatory and litigation discovery
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and judgment
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
• An interest in crypto

• Crypto threatens many established interests, so our team is often required to defend against efforts to attack or delegitimize Kraken or crypto generally
• Manage litigation and regulatory discovery for Kraken’s global entities under attorney supervision
• Create systems and processes for acquiring, preserving, producing, and managing relevant data for all Kraken litigation and regulatory matters
• Standardize software tools used for document hold notices, discovery, and case management
• Standardize productions across a broad range of cases
