- This individual will own our planning and reporting system hands-on and actively build on automations and AI-assisted workflows, to support the scalability of the FP&A function and reduce manual, repetitive finance work for the whole team
- This individual has direct experience and can demonstrate designing and delivering an automated workflow and quantifying the impact of it, using tools like Claude, Claude Cowork or similar agentic AI platforms
- Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Pigment, our FP&A system, including data integrity, model structure, and user support
- Act as the finance function's internal AI champion to drive constant workflow improvements and own the outcomes
- Identify manual, repetitive finance processes and build automated replacements – from scripted data pulls to AI-assisted reporting workflows
- Design and maintain driver-based financial models, forecasts, and dashboards used across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Apply AI tools and lightweight automation (Python, SQL, Power Query, or similar) to streamline recurring reporting, flux analysis, and data consolidation
- Partner with Accounting and Rev Ops to pull, validate, and reconcile data across ERP, CRM, and other planning systems
- Document standard operating procedures for new automated workflows and train finance team members on adoption

Our take
DNS (Domain Name System) is the backbone of internet navigation, translating domain names into IP addresses to connect users with websites. However, many enterprises still rely on outdated DNS systems, which can severely hinder IT operations. BlueCat addresses these issues by providing advanced DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) solutions, offering businesses a faster, more efficient way to manage their network infrastructure.
BlueCat's solutions accelerate the adoption of cloud computing and automation, making it highly attractive to large-scale enterprises looking to streamline IT operations and reduce costs. By simplifying complex network management, BlueCat helps companies enhance efficiency and adapt to modern technological needs.
The company is making significant strides, with the recent announcement of new capabilities to help organizations modernize their network infrastructure. Alongside this, it also appointed a new Chief Product and Chief Technology Officer and partnered with Grupo Dice to transform DDI management across Mexico and Latin America These exciting developments signal a bright future for BlueCat as it continues to lead the way in network modernization.
