• Identify which channels match our buyers + intent
• Test quickly with clean measurement
• Scale winners, kill losers
• Document learnings so the system compounds
• Own conversion paths end-to-end:
• You don’t buy clicks, you buy outcomes
• You work with Web Growth, product marketing and other marketing team members to ensure:
• Landing pages convert
• Offers match intent
• Tracking is usable
• Funnels are coherent
• Run experiments like a machine:
• Hypotheses, test design, velocity
• Creative angle libraries
• Offer testing
• Audience testing
• Budget allocation frameworks
• Be performance-native, not platform-native:
• You adapt to wherever the attention and economics are best, not where you feel comfortable
• What success looks like:
• Multiple paid channels contribute meaningful pipeline
• Testing velocity is consistently high
