Growth Lead, Refundee

• You have strong, hands-on experience running and scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads. You've personally worked inside the platforms and made optimisation and budget decisions rather than only managing an agency or external partner
• You understand performance beyond platform metrics and can connect advertising spend to lead quality, customers, CAC and revenue
• You're comfortable owning a full acquisition funnel and diagnosing where conversion is being won or lost
• You're highly analytical and comfortable working with marketing and commercial data. You can structure information, build useful reporting and turn data into clear decisions
• You have a strong experimentation mindset. You know how to develop a hypothesis, design a sensible test, interpret the results and decide what to do next
• You understand the importance of creative in performance marketing and have experience developing concepts, writing briefs or overseeing the production and testing of paid creative
• You're commercially minded. You care more about sustainable business growth than vanity metrics
• You're a clear communicator who can explain performance, insights and recommendations to both marketing and non-marketing colleagues
• You're comfortable with ownership and ambiguity. Refundee is a growing business, and we want someone who will spot opportunities and act on them rather than waiting for a playbook

Desirable

• This is a hands-on growth role with a strong focus on performance marketing, conversion and data
• You'll own our paid acquisition activity — particularly Meta and Google — but your responsibility won't stop when someone clicks an advert
• You'll think about the entire customer acquisition funnel: who we target, the message and creative they see, the landing experience, conversion through the funnel, the quality of the leads we generate and ultimately the customers and revenue those campaigns produce
• You'll have significant autonomy to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, launch experiments and scale what works
• We're looking for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on: comfortable setting the growth roadmap one moment and getting into an ad account, dashboard or underperforming funnel the next
