Who you are

  • The successful candidate will be an expert in the social services and healthcare space, a strategic thinker, and an inspiring presenter with a knack for building trust and buy-in
  • 7+ years of sales, customer success, account management, or directly related work experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a book of business and complex, high-value accounts
  • Experience creating and sustaining large, complex strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated success with renewals and retention opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, inspire others, and influence change at all levels
  • Superior organizational skills to ensure well-prepared and timely meetings with customer base
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

What the job involves

  • Unite Us is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team, bringing entrepreneurial ambition and a passion for transforming health and social care
  • The Account Executive is a senior individual contributor who serves as a named resource and partner for enterprise customer organizations
  • From onboarding to contract renewal and expansion, this role will oversee the entire customer journey, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
  • By leveraging deep industry expertise and exceptional communication skills, the Account Executive will enhance implementation outcomes and position Unite Us as an indispensable partner
  • Create and execute effective account plans for specified complex, high-value strategic accounts to deliver sales objectives considering overall opportunities, customer business priorities and anticipated business changes, our unique product capabilities, and value proposition
  • Proactively leverage a matrix account team to develop and manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships and value
  • Ensure customers have a high rate of customer satisfaction, adoption, engagement and retention
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure client adoption, utilization, and ROI for account users and sponsored users
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with leadership, customers, and extended team and partners
  • Lead quarterly business reviews for named accounts
  • Own client renewals and expansion opportunities in partnership with key internal stakeholders
  • Present recommendations to customers for improving or expanding the use of Unite US within their organization and community partners
  • Be an expert in Unite Us products and services and educate customers on Unite Us technology solutions
  • Independently act as the customer’s escalation point for business-critical issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution
  • Lead discussions around forecasting and pipeline status with internal stakeholders
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts
  • All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
