Head of Customer Success, Outmin

• 5+ years of experience as customer success lead or equivalent
• Prior experience in a fast growing company
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Substantial experience in a leadership or people management role within customer success domain
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability influence to both technical and non-technical stakeholders persuasively
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment
• Demonstrated capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, leading teams to successful outcomes
• Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of business requirements

Desirable

• As a Head of Customer Success, you will lead customer onboarding, engagement, retention and expansion responsibilities while ensuring they are getting the most ensuring they are getting the most value out of Outmin
• You will work closely with executive team and accountants while overseeing customer success function to support Outmin’s rapidly expanding customer base
• Lead, grow and mentor customer success team at Outmin
• Understand customers’ needs and priorities to optimize the use of Outmin’s services
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve customer experience
• Oversee upsells and revenue growth within our customer base
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Provide clear feedback to the product team based on client experiences
