Role
Who you are
- At least 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering successful software development projects
- Expertise in designing and building scalable, performant, and secure full-stack applications
- Proficiency in .Net frameworks, C# and modern web development technologies and frameworks like Javascript, React, Angular
- Experience using Agile development approaches (TDD, BDD, SCRUM etc)
- Knowledge of relational databases and experience with MS SQL Server design and development
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Services and Microservices Architecture
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide a development team
What the job involves
- As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Benivo within the global mobility Technology team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology product in a secure, stable, and scalable way
- You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives
- Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices
- Build Full stack web applications which will included microservices and write high-quality production code that runs synchronously with appropriate systems
- Produces architecture and design artefacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
- Participate in all phases of development, including working with stakeholders to define requirements, design, implement, test and release to production
- Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
- Mentor and guide a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge tools and frameworks into our development processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
