Desirable

• We’re looking for an Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in driving new business opportunities by originating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our sales team
• High volume prospecting / calling into multiple organizations via cold calling, networking, e-mail, social media outreach (linkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and more), as well as utilizing internet information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline
• Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of DOOR3’s offering and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers
• Profile strategic accounts (identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining business requirements) to ensure that there is a consistent and healthy pipeline of leads in place for the sales team to convert to opportunities
• Become an expert at using sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Hubspot, Apollo, etc.) to routinely generate targeted prospect lists and ensure the information in such systems is consistently maintained
• Nurture new leads by educating and developing a prospect until they’re ready to speak with the sales team
• Launch Sales Machine (an internal tool) campaigns at least every other week
• Attend 2 in-person prospecting events per quarter
• Understand prospect’s pain points and demonstrate the value of our services
• Generate interest in DOOR3 by responding, engaging with, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities
• Work with Principal Consulting & Marketing teams to ensure alignment with sales and sales process
• Provide insights to and collaborate with go-to-market teams to build the sales development playbook
