What the job involves
- We help homeowners by providing them with impartial data on estate agency performance; allowing them to make informed decisions on which estate agency to partner with when selling their home
- Our Client Services team are responsible for assisting customers with this journey; through gathering relevant information, understanding the customers needs, providing clarity on the data and additional market insights, supporting them with using our services and ultimately booking a valuation with their selected estate agency
- You will primarily be running over the phone consultations with homeowner who have signed up to our services; providing an all-round exceptional customer experience
- Contacting Homeowners who have signed up to our services; guiding them to the point where they are comfortable to book in valuations with their selected agents
- You will be a trusted advisor to home sellers, helping them navigate the complicated process of putting their property on the market and addressing any questions or concerns
- Assist our customers in identifying the best estate agents for their particular property and needs through a data-driven approach
- Keep accurate records of conversations, outcomes and follow ups through our CRM system
- Most importantly, you will take pride in delivering a great customer experience
- This role will ultimately see you become a property specialist and an expert on the process of home selling; and we will provide the tools and training to get you there
- 5 days per week, with a mix of [09.00-18.00] & [11.00-20.00] shifts
- Requirement to work every other Saturday (in place of one of the weekdays)
- 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
- This role has a planned start date of 24th November 2025

Homeowners looking to sell use this information to help them choose the best estate agent and maximise the sale value of their homes.
GetAgent also provides agents with leads that they only pay for if the introduction turns into a sale, with thousands of estate agents making use of the platform. Altogether, the sales of over £100 billion worth of property have been associated with the platform, through hundreds of thousands of homeowner users.
The data GetAgent uses to create performance comparisons originates from the research the company had conducted itself on the real estate industry, the results of which it makes publicly available. This transparency, and the wider work of the platform, aim to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the estate agency market in an alternative way to other market players.
