Role
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience as Management Consultant, Business Analyst, Strategic Project Manager or Chief of Staff
- You are highly analytical and metrics-focused -- you can execute on complex analyses, define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business
- 2+ years experience in a top-tier management consulting firm required
- You have the ability to flex between analytical, strategic and operational aspects of the job
- You can learn quickly; understand any challenge and immediately hone in on what matters most
- You have excellent verbal and written communications with a crisp, concise and effective style
- You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong self-starting and project management skills
- You speak English fluently. Dutch is a strong plus
- You are resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
What the job involves
- As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building and improving our processes to make sure our operations run smoothly
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 projects simultaneously, taking ownership from start to finish
- Your primary focus will be on delivering efficient solutions and processes while collaborating with our teams and external partners
- Work closely with Head of Sales and CCO on strategic initiatives
- Take end-to-end ownership of 2-3 projects, encompassing all stages from problem identification to implementation
- Take the lead in analyzing the business to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design innovative solutions, processes, and requirements to address business challenges and improve efficiency
- Determine the best approach for each project, evaluating options between buying pre-existing solutions or building new ones
- Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!
