What the job involves

This role holds significance within our UK Logistics team and involves close collaboration with the Finance Business Partner
Your responsibility will be to manage a section of our budget (P&L - Consumables), gaining an understanding of costs and budget operations. Additionally, you'll craft concise reports to present vital information to our business partners
Your key duties encompass finalising financial tasks at the close of each period, interpreting account figures within your scope, comparing budget data with actual expenditure, scrutinising the balance sheet, identifying potential risks and opportunities, contributing to budget creation and updates, addressing audit inquiries and modifications, and providing support for mid-year and year-end financial closings
As a finance analyst, you'll foster robust connections with key personnel in the company, actively participating in meetings to discuss financial matters, projects, and avenues for improvement
This engagement will greatly enrich your understanding of our company and its objectives
