Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in user research tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Sketch)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Previous experience of a minimum of two years in UI/UX research and product design or related roles
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
Desirable
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Experience with remote user testing platforms
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender or similar) for 3D design
- Experience with Animation tools (e.g., After Effects or similar)
- Knowledge of prototyping tools like Figma, Proto.io, Framer, Webflow, or similar
What the job involves
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Utilize methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics to collect relevant data
- Assist in creating user personas and journey maps to visualize user behaviors and motivations. Use these personas to guide design decisions
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and best practices in UI/UX design
- Organize and participate in usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our designs. Collaborate with designers to implement improvements based on feedback
- Analyze research findings and data to generate actionable insights and recommendations-present findings to cross-functional teams and clients
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that user research insights are integrated into the design and development process
- Assist in creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively
- Create detailed product designs, including sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups, that showcase user-centric solutions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
- Update our internal component library with in-house versioned components
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of research findings, personas, and design recommendations
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX research and design
