Operations Project Manager, Pax8

• You have a minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related roles, with a track record of delivering mid-size, cross-functional projects
• You’ve led projects end-to-end and know how to move in ambiguity
• You’re methodical, structured, and thrive in environments that require problem-solving at different maturity levels
• You’re a calm collaborator who can prioritize, communicate clearly, and write effective reports
• You bring experience in consulting, operations, or PMO environments
• You hold certifications like PMP, Agile, or Scrum (multiple preferred)
• You’re not from a highly regulated or government background—this role needs flexibility and speed

• Own the full project lifecycle: From scoping and planning to execution and delivery, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts with clarity and confidence
