Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a track record of successful social media campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), trends, and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling and creative content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.(e.g. Oktopost)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Solution-oriented initiative-taker, result-driven team player and lead with strong advisory skills
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
- Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
What the job involves
- As the Global Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive business growth
- You will lead a team of two individuals and collaborate closely with Regional Marketing leads
- The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing a global social media strategy aligned with our broader marketing approach
- This position will report directly to the Global Head of Acquisition Marketing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with company goals and values
- Manage and oversee social media accounts across platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our social media strategy remains cutting-edge
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and communication initiatives
- Serve as the primary expert and consultant for all channel managers and stakeholders regarding social media best practices and policies
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI
- Develop brand awareness through other channels as Reddit, Quora…
- Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results
- Management of the social media budget
