Role
Who you are
- 4-6+ years of progressive Treasury, liquidity, and cash management experience in
- Financial Services field
- 3+ years of experience in crypto / blockchain and/or FinTech with multi-currency exposure
- Experience with bank onboarding and managing KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
- Strong capital / liquidity forecasting and risk management experience
- Prior experience in a Treasury function at a global FinTech, a plus
- Robust analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of relevant Treasury management systems
- Working US GAAP knowledge especially in FX, investment accounting, crypto assets and fair value accounting, a plus
- Experience with digital assets or crypto asset management is highly preferred but not required
- Strong ability to work independently, effectively communicate complex issues, prioritize tasks against changing priorities, adapt to new processes, and maintain attention to detail
What the job involves
- Zero Hash is looking for an experienced Associate - Corporate Treasury to execute the firm’s day-to-day Treasury operations and assist in supporting key strategic initiatives

- This role is critical to ensuring robust financial controls, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring compliance in the rapidly evolving digital asset industry
- This role reports to the Senior Treasury Manager
- Lead the onboarding process for new banking relationships and expansion of existing relationships, ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering Bank (AML) regulations
- Conduct due diligence on financial institutions and maintain strong bank
- Relationships
- Oversee and maintain secure access controls for all bank account and users
- Prepare and submit regulatory capital reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage daily cash balances to optimize liquidity and meet operational needs,
- Including the coordination of inter-company transactions, AP, payroll, tax, debt
- Servicing, and other financial obligations
- Ensure the accurate reconciliation of all transactions within the GTreasury
- Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Capital Allocation: Maximize yield on cash through strategic liquidity management while balancing the broader capital needs of Zero Hash’s entities
- International expansion: build and oversee Zero Hash’s FX operations and implement appropriate policies and procedures governing FX activity
- Policy and Procedures:: assist in policy development and process improvement initiatives to enhance treasury efficiency

This breadth of scope, in combination with Zero Hash’s API-driven business model, means its clients can access a competitively broad range of crypto products; and get them up and running competitively fast.
Zero Hash's gamble is that an increasing number of companies will be looking to offer crypto products to their customers, and it's being firmly vindicated. NFT minting, trading, and ownership has skyrocketed over recent years, and crypto trading has broken into the mainstream.
Despite the boom in crypto trading, November 2022's FTX crash has given way to a more cautious market. Internal controls, governance, and closer attention from regulatory bodies have somewhat slowed the pace of trading. As a global exchange though, Zero Hash is carving out a role for itself as a watchdog and overseer.
