What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing content & creative
- This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—you’ll write compelling B2C content, and collaborate closely with designers to bring ideas to life
- You’ll own the messaging, copywriting and creative strategy—ensuring everything we produce is cohesive, impactful, and optimized for performance
- Write high-impact B2C content that drives member acquisition and engagement
- Optimize content & creative using data and growth best practices to drive stronger results
- Act as an end-to-end creative owner across multiple marketing channels and campaigns
- Provide creative direction while working closely with designers to develop assets that are on-brand and visually compelling
- Brainstorm and experiment with new creative ideas that help Thrive stand out and drive our goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution on tight timelines
Our take

This results in millions of people not receiving the full breadth of care they need to reach full recovery. And physical therapy practices are missing out on a massive amount of revenue potential.
SWORD Health’s clinical-grade virtual therapy platform pairs physical therapists with FDA-listed wearable technology to deliver personalized treatment plans that are more effective, easier and less expensive than traditional physical therapy. This encourages patients to complete their regimes, and allows practices to bolster their income.

It is the fastest-growing MSK company, and a double-Unicorn. New funding will support SWORD in its plans to prepare for an IPO, perhaps as early as 2025.
