Who you are
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, digital media, or performance marketing
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to optimize campaigns
- Comfortable working with creators, partners, and vendors in a relationship-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is a plus
- Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support the growth and performance of SharkNinja’s presence on Sharkclean and Ninjakitchen.
- You’ll work closely with the Affiliate Manager and broader marketing team to recruit new partners, optimize campaign performance, and drive customer acquisition through affiliate channels.
- This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, analytical, and excited about working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
- Assist in the management and execution of the company’s affiliate marketing program across various platforms
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, including bloggers, influencers, content creators, and affiliate networks
- Maintain and monitor affiliate platforms to track performance, generate reports, and ensure accurate payouts
- Support the development and launch of campaigns, promotions, and product pushes with affiliates
- Analyze affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, ROI, AOV, etc.) to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all affiliate content and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, PR) to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing efforts
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping), and competitive benchmarks

Consumer demand for new and better home appliances continues to grow. SharkNinja serves this demand by designing and manufacturing innovative home goods and devices. Specifically, it has a growing line of solutions that consist of Shark cleaning and home care products and Ninja kitchen appliances.
SharkNinja has been in operation since 1994, which is testament to the quality and popularity of its products. Since its initial launch in Canada, the company has expanded into the US and the UK. In 2017 SharkNinja was bought by CDH Private Equity for over $1.5 Billion, further proof of its impressive market value. Perhaps more evidence is that it brings in annual revenues of around $4B.
SharkNinja’s main challenge is facing down big-name competitors such as home appliance giant Dyson. In fact, through innovative design, it seized the market-leading spot in traditional vacuums from Dyson and is only second to iRobot in sales of robotic models. A 2023 IPO saw an extra $296 million in funding added to SharkNinja's pot and was followed by product launches in new sectors such as air conditioning and food cooling, indicating that the company is still full of new product ideas.
