Role
Who you are
- We’re not super concerned about where or if you went to school, how much technical mar-tech you know, or how large your prior companies were. We care about how you show up, your ability to collaborate, your creativity, and your ability to get shit done
- 2+ years in field marketing other relevant experience that demonstrates your ability to succeed with the above work products
- Elite organizational and project management skills - inclusive of event logistics, travel, budgeting, material production
- Prior experience managing a budget and tracking ROI of marketing investments
- Strong written and verbal communications skills - you don’t need to be a content marketer, but you will need to communicate externally and represent Mashgin with partners and at events
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time
- Experience with CRM tools
- Experience with basic marketing technologies (Hubspot, Figma, Webflow, for example)
- Experience with retail technology and/or Food Service Operators (think Aramark, Sodexo, Compass)
What the job involves
- The most powerful way to sell Mashgin is to experience it as a user. Field events are a huge piece of our go-to-market strategy. We’re looking for an outside-of-the-box and scrappy marketer to make sure we deliver magical experiences every time we’re in the field
- Your focus will be managing the logistics of our field events calendar and execution. This role reports directly to Mashgin’s Chief Marketing Officer and is specifically an opportunity for a hungry marketer to take a driver-seat role at a world-changing company
- Maintain an annual events calendar, including budgets, goals, and results
- Manage planning, coordination, and onsite logistics for field events in partnership with sales and marketing teams
- Keep track of and improve Mashgin’s event materials - including booth, demo kiosks, SWAG, and signage
- Partner with sales to keep track of results, analyze ROI, and inform future calendar decisions
- Impact: You will own significant responsibility and have total ownership over your work. We stay lean and efficient, so your work directly impacts the product we ship every day

Mashgin’s smart kiosks use cameras to create a three-dimensional picture of objects, unfettered by packaging or placement, increasing retail rate for companies and cutting down queues for consumers.
