Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, AffiniPay

• This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in B2B tech and SaaS environments, understands complex buyer journeys, and can craft and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable business impact
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years in direct media buying and programmatic advertising
• Proven track record in managing B2B tech or SaaS paid media campaigns
• Strong understanding of the full-funnel buyer journey and how to tailor media strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion
• Hands-on experience with:
• Direct buys with industry media partners
• Programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
• Paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) a strong plus
• Paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads) a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to understand what marketing programs are influencing performance by utilizing multi-touch attribution insights
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation

Desirable

• This role will be a key driver in scaling our paid media programs, with a strong emphasis on direct media buying, managing sponsorships with industry partners, and programmatic advertising
• You’ll also contribute to other performance channels such as paid search, paid social, pay-per-lead, and affiliate marketing
• You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including content, product marketing, analytics, and sales—to ensure our campaigns reach the right audience with the right message at the right time
• Manage sponsorship agreements with key industry partners to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
• Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across display, video, and native formats
• Support paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other performance marketing programs to drive MQL/SQL generation and brand-building efforts
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creative and landing pages optimized for conversions
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and CPA
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is optimized and forecasted accurately
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new platforms, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities
• Partner with analytics teams to develop reporting dashboards and track performance against KPIs
