What the job involves

Build and Ship Scalable Solutions. Leverage your expertise to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, production-ready features and products that scale to meet user needs
Transform Ideas into Reality. Collaborate with product, business and design teams to translate ideas into robust engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with user and business goals
Craft Exceptional User Interfaces. Use your proven experience with Frontend Engineering experience to build and enhance complex, intuitive interfaces that delight users
Recruit, refer, interview, and develop your own interview questions while fostering a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility
Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers
A minimum of five years of building and shipping solutions is preferred
Track record of delivering high-quality products and features at scale
Ability to turn and create business and product ideas into engineering solutions
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
Proven experience with Typescript, HTML5 and CSS3
Experience in building complex interfaces
Consolidated experience with Next.JS, tRPC and Node.JS
Experience partnering with Product Designers to implement design systems (we use Figma, Design Tokens and Styled Dictionary)
Experience developing and implementing testing procedures to ensure software quality (experience with Playwright and Jest is preferable)

It intends to use funds to accelerate growth, as well as expand operations and its business reach.
