Who you are

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager with a robust, hands-on background in critical IT services such as network infrastructure and VPN solutions, Okta Identity Provider, Mac/Windows Mobile Device Management (MDM), and a variety of SaaS applications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, coupled with a proven ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic, global environment
They should possess expertise in implementing new systems, maintaining existing systems, and leveraging AI to create automations and integrations at large scale
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Network, Wifi and VPN services, MDM, Hardware and Stock inventory - MUST
Hands-on experience with Okta IDP, Google workspace and other SAAS applications
Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead complex IT projects from inception to completion
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation and system improvement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across global teams

What the job involves

Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation
Manage HW stock and inventory, procurement processes for IT equipment and services
Conduct team routines, lead projects, align on priorities, and promote team engagement
Oversee the setup and implementation of new IT systems, ensuring alignment with company needs and best practices
Lead AI initiatives to automate processes, improving team efficiency and enhancing employee experience
Facilitate knowledge sharing and cooperation among global teams
Monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary, proactively addressing challenges that arise

Our take

Although people expect their software to be updated continually, unobtrusively and securely, in practice this isn't often the case. JFrog was founded in 2008 with a mission to change the way companies release software updates, providing an automation-first platform for collaborative DevOps.

While there are other collaborative DevOps platforms in the market, such as Docker Hub, Azure DevOps and Kubernetes, JFrog stands out with its use of REST APIs to automate the development pipeline, and its combination of DevOps and DevSecOps (development security) in a single platform. This has helped JFrog grow a client base of thousands of companies, which includes firms such as Dell, Netflix, Facebook and the majority of the Fortune 100.

JFrog has enjoyed rapid growth throughout the wider slowdown in the tech sector. It has been focusing on its security product since its acquisition of IoT security specialists Vdoo in 2021, and this has culminated in strong sales for its recently-released security product. It will continue to focus on developing its product and is on track to achieve its aim of becoming the de-facto standard for update management.
