What the job involves

Work on the front end of the Responsible Capital platform (responsiblecapital.io)
Design, develop, and test responsive web applications
Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces in Figma (or alternative)
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Participate in Agile development activities, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings
Mentor or provide technical guidance to colleagues and more junior team members
Contribute to wider project and product management practices, contributing your technical expertise to help shape how the company approaches new challenges

Application process

Initial Screening with our Tech Lead (45 mins): We’ll start with a chat to get to know you better, discuss your experience, and ensure there's a good fit.
Technical Interview with our CTO (1 hour): Next, you’ll demonstrate your front-end development skills through a technical interview
Company Introduction and Culture Fit with our CEO (45 mins): Our CEO will introduce you to our company and projects, and we’ll discuss how well you align with our culture and values
Team Fit and Final Assessment with our Tech Lead and CTO (30 minutes, if needed): You may meet with our tech lead and CTO again to answer any remaining questions and dive deeper into how you’ll fit with our team.
Final Decision: After the interviews, we’ll discuss internally to determine the best candidate and get back to you with our decision
Overall Timeframe: We aim to complete the entire interview process within 2-3 weeks
