Who you are
- Hubspot experience is a must. If you are not comfortable with Hubspot already, we, unfortunately, cannot consider your application for this role
- Deep expertise in owning and managing HubSpot CRM and familiarity with associated systems (Apollo, Chorus, PlanHat,) to drive efficient and effective operations
- Strong business acumen, a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, and the ability to align revenue operations with overall business objectives
- Proven experience in revenue operations management within high-growth international companies, showcasing the ability to navigate the challenges and dynamics of scaling revenue operations
- Demonstrated expertise in workflow automation, campaign effectiveness measurement, opportunity/deal management, pipeline forecasting, and customer success integration
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team
- This is a new role that will own and manage the systems, software, process, and data for the GTM functions of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- As the Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue operations and driving the success of our GTM strategies
- You will take ownership of our HubSpot CRM instance and adjacent systems such as Apollo, Chorus, PlanHat
- Your responsibilities will encompass workflow automation, marketing lead cycle flow, campaign effectiveness measurement, opportunity/deal management, pipeline forecasting, and customer success integration
- Manage and optimize our 'HubSpot CRM instance' and associated systems (Apollo, Chorus, PlanHat, Chargebee) to ensure seamless operations and data accuracy
- Audit existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop and automate new workflows within HubSpot to measure campaign effectiveness and the flow of leads to revenue
- Take charge of opportunity and deal management within HubSpot, establishing stages and processes to facilitate accurate pipeline and forecast reports while owning the process to close deals and provide all relevant information for finance
- Own deal desk for new business and renewals
- Oversee the integration between our CRM and customer success and financial systems (PlanHat, Chargebee) to streamline customer success processes and ensure a seamless user experience
- Create and maintain KPIs and reports on GTM activities, including effectiveness and business impact, with the ability to present analysis and findings to various audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and document efficient processes across the GTM functions, providing training and support for effective implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations, providing recommendations to drive continuous improvement and scalability
