- Recruitment Experience: you are experienced in 360 recruitment, with a focus on candidate assessment and experience. Knowledge of recruiting roles in publishing, would be an added bonus

- As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Talent Acquisition Executive who is passionate about finding, attracting, and securing the very best talent
- In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our teams, fuel our high-performance culture, and play a key part in creating Gold Medal Winners across the business
- Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from taking job briefs to managing offers
- Proactive Sourcing: We don’t just rely on adverts. We want a Talent Acquisition Executives who are proactive sourcers. You’ll focus on outreach, build relationships across networks, and constantly look for new ways to find A-players
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct effective video interviews, assessing skills and behaviours against role requirements, and identify high-potential candidates who align to our values
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles, align expectations, advise on market insights, and support hiring managers in making confident, high-quality decisions
- Candidate Management: Provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a respectful, human process for every applicant
- Challenge & Improve Recruitment Processes: Feel comfortable giving and receiving feedback to refine our approach- identifying opportunities to streamline, innovate, and elevate our recruitment standards
- Lead & Support Recruitment Initiatives: Support employer branding activities, careers events, recruitment campaigns, and talent-focused projects that strengthen our pipeline and showcase EMJ as a high-performance, values-driven company
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday - Friday
- Reporting to: Head of Recruitment and Retention
