Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 12+ years of experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, or a related role; or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and customer data platforms
Desirable
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant quantitative field
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and practical application of prompt/context engineering in an analytics context
- Experience building data products using Google BigQuery
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and causal inference

- As a Sr Product Analytics Manager, you will define and execute the long-term vision for our marketing analytics product suite
- You will be a key advisor to marketing leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives about marketing's impact and driving the development of high-impact features like AI-driven analytics capabilities

- Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for marketing analytics, prioritizing high-impact features such as AI-driven capabilities and customer journey analytics
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate proactively with Engineering and Data Science teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver scalable data solutions, including 'source-of-truth' dashboards and data pipelines in Google BigQuery
- Act as a key advisor to marketing leadership, simplifying complex data and translating it into clear, actionable narratives that demonstrate marketing's impact on business goals
- Challenge the status quo by curiously exploring new analytical methodologies like Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to enhance measurement capabilities
- Ensure all data products and pipelines adhere to high standards of data integrity and privacy compliance, including GDPR and CCPA regulations
- Focus on the details by meticulously managing data governance processes to maintain accuracy and trust in our analytical outputs
