Graphic / Marketing Designer, Source.ag

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is essential. Knowledge of Miro and/or Figma is a plus
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free materials
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the marketing team and translate marketing strategies into visual content
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• An eye for where improvements can be made and can start projects yourself

Desirable

• Design and Visual Content Creation: Develop visually appealing marketing materials, including but not limited to social media content, online display campaigns (HTML5), infographics, case studies, white papers, sales slide decks, and promotional materials for events
• Support conceptualisation of video creation and take the lead on product and brand videos. Create and maintain a consistent and engaging visual identity across all marketing collateral
• From Concept to end product: Create new and innovative concepts to showcase our brand and products in an international market
• Brand/ Style guide Development: You will be the owner of our visual brand. Evolve and maintain our brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and recognition across all touch points
• Event Deliverables: Design and produce trade show materials, including booth designs, banners, flyers, and other promotional items to effectively represent our brand at industry events
