Events Assistant, Dayshape

• Demonstrable interest in in-person, business-to-business (B2B) event management
• Highly organised and proactive; you can juggle research, planning and execution tasks
• Meticulous planner with a great attention to detail
• You communicate clearly, often, and early – stakeholders should rarely have to ask you a question because you gave them the answer before they thought of the question
• A “go-getter” who demonstrates initiative and suggests new ideas
• Passionate about aligning with sales teams to deliver revenue generating events with maximum ROI (return on investment)
• Self-motivated and acts at the appropriate pace by balancing important and urgent tasks to manage and deliver a busy event schedule

• Events are an important source of new business for Dayshape, so it’s essential that we’re getting the most out of each one
• There are a lot of moving parts involved in the planning of each event. We need an individual who is highly organised and self-motivated to work closely with our Event Manager to ensure all events that Dayshape sponsor run smoothly. That’s where you come in
• Support event manager with event planning
• Be aware of and work towards event outcome targets
• Execute operational tasks related to sponsored events, for example, submitting logos, profiles, attendee details
• Execute operational tasks related to Dayshape hosted events such as our one-day conference, for example, booking catering, liaising with venues, managing registrations
• Manage stand and equipment logistics for all marketing events in multiple countries, often remotely
• Assist event manager with pre- and post- event marketing activities, such as marketing campaigns, briefing attendees, post-event reporting
• Maintaining and ordering branded stock as required
