• The Strategic Program Lead will oversee the execution of large-scale, transformational projects that span across data, people, processes, and technology
• This is a senior individual contributor role which reports directly to the Vice President Sales Operations for the Health Division
• Lead the day-to-day management of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Manage risks and issues, escalating when necessary, and proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track
