Who you are

A technical understanding of payment systems and experience working with acquiring banks
3+ years experience in consulting or a venture backed startup
Experience in fintech is a bonus but not a pre-requisite

What the job involves

Forward Deployed Operations is a new function at Tuza. You will be the architect of significant transformation for our banking customers
You'll be the bridge between Tuza's innovative payment solutions and our enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementations that deliver real value
You'll have autonomy to own the end-to-end implementation journey, being integrated into the client during the upstream sales process and owning the project planning and delivery through to customer success
Your success will be measured by how effectively you can turn complex requirements into seamless deployments that exceed customer expectations
Our customers will look to you to shape their future strategy, and your input will become a core part of executive decision making
The natural ability to build strong relationships with technical, business and control function stakeholders
Confidence in managing complexity with a track record of delivering complex solutions in large organisations
Exceptional stakeholder management skills - you know how to navigate complex organisations and align diverse interests
The ability to build and maintain detailed implementation roadmaps while managing multiple concurrent projects
Value autonomy, moving fast and getting Sh*t done
Excited to come into the London office 4 days a week and travel to our clients
This function will work directly alongside the CTO and CEO
